State aid for company Honeywell

The Chairman of the Office for the Protection of Competition (hereinafter “the Office”), Mr. Josef Bednář, approved in his decision of 29 August 2003 the exemption from the prohibition of state aid in favour of company Honeywell, spol.s.r.o.

“The aid has the form of a subsidy for business activity and a subsidy for training and retraining of employees, provided in compliance with the conditions of the Framework scheme for aid to establishment and extension of technology centres,” said the Chairman of the Office, Mr. Josef Bednář. The provider of the state aid is the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Czech Republic.
