Green light for Blue River/Tatra merger

The Office for The Protection of Competition has approved the merger of trucks manufacturer Tatra and Blue River.

Blue River will now be able to acquire an 80.51% stake in the Koprivnice-based carmaker from American Terex Corporation. There are no overlaps between the parties. That´s why the aquisition was approved without any conditions. The decision was issued on 31 August 2006.
